Valid command line switches:

-? Display valid command line options
-a Automatically start taking snapshots and minimize to tray.
-dbfolder "path" If you want your specify where your database file resides

Using the -dbfolder flag can be useful e.g. when using software like DeepFreeze.

One particularly unexpected little side-issue that arises if you do use the "/dbfolder" command line parameter, is that after an auto-update, TimeSnapper will restart without that command line switch (and then it will look in the default location for a database, see that one is missing, and create one there...) You'd want to shut timesnapper down at that point, and run it from your customised shortcut instead.
