By using e.g. Twitter, you can add notes to TimeSnapper from any browser or even using your mobile phone.
You could also create a RSS feed yourself based on multiple different sources to get a clearer picture about what you were up to. E.g. an aggregated feed from your Google calendar, Source Control check-ins, blog entries and more.
