If you want to install TimeSnapper but your IT department doesn't allow you to run an installation program (which affects the registry), then you can simply copy your "\Program Files\TimeSnapper\" installation from another computer (e.g. your home computer) to your work computer.

Once that is done, create a shortcut to timesnapper.exe to your Startup folder to automatically start it when Windows starts. You may want to add the "-a" to automatically start taking screenshots.
